Only a selection of participating businesses is announced before each event - there will be much more to discover when you arrive.
Payments
Most participating businesses accept card payments, although payment methods vary. We recommend bringing an alternative payment method too.
Any admission charge will be shown clearly on the individual event page, only Portsmouth and Chichester Indoor Christmas Markets have a minimal fee to enter, children are free.
Food and drink
Selected events include cafés, festive bars, hot food, street food, cakes and seasonal drinks.
Accessibility
All our venues are accessible to disabled visitors and traders. We aim to provide wide aisles throughout our events, with sufficient space for wheelchairs, mobility aids and prams. Individual facilities may vary between venues, so please check the relevant event page before travelling or contact us with a specific access enquiry.
Children
Children are welcome at our events but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please take care around stalls, displays and products.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome at selected events, where permitted by the venue. Please keep dogs on a short lead and under control at all times and be mindful of stalls, products and other visitors. If your dog is anxious, reactive or uncomfortable in busy environments, please leave them at home. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
Dogs are welcome indoors at Guildford Makers Market and at all outdoor events. They are not allowed inside the sports halls at Portsmouth or Chichester Indoor Markets.
Assistance dogs are allowed at all events.
Travelling to an event
Parking and arrival information will be provided on each event page. Please check these details before setting off, particularly for busy Christmas events.
